As a District Manager, you’ll lead, coach, and develop producers, ensuring consistent field execution and building a scalable team. This role combines district leadership, business development, and field production, requiring an active life & health insurance license.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train, coach, and develop agents/producers to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Oversee onboarding and field training to ensure consistent standards and timely completion.
  • Lead district enrollment strategy, coordinate schedules, and drive premium growth by opening new groups and strengthening account penetration.
  • Set regular team rhythms and monitor district metrics, providing ongoing coaching and ensuring compliance.
  • Maintain consistent enrollment activity and a healthy producer base.

Performance Expectations:

  • Develop district talent and maintain a strong recruiting pipeline.
  • Reinforce onboarding and coaching to improve retention and conversion.
  • Meet district production targets and uphold high quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Experienced team leaders in voluntary benefits with current Life, Accident/Health licenses.
